Gator® Battery Powered 6 Ton Crimping Tool EK628L with 12V Charger. Equipped with Bluetooth™ Communication enabled via the Greenlee Gator Eye app. Features LED display screen communicating pressure and battery levels as well as tool diagnostics with real-time tool feedback. Intelligent Crimping System Technology includes a pressure sensor that monitors the crimping force of each crimp and provides the operator a visual and audible alert if the force is below specifications. State of the art 18V lithium ion (Li-ion) battery provides 70 percent more cycles per charge and faster cycle times. LED light provides the operator with the battery charge and tool maintenance status. In line tool style is light weight and very easy to control. One trigger controls all tool functions. Crimping head rotates 350°. Tools automatically retract when the crimping or cutting cycle is complete. Overmolded tacky grip areas make gripping the tool easier and more comfortable. LED work light illuminates dark work areas. Greenlee battery-powered crimping tools now use bio-degradable oil. Smart chargers control the charging current, charging voltage and battery temperature to maximize battery life. Equipped with CJ22 crimping jaws that accept Greenlee KC22 and KA22 series crimping dies. When equipped with optional CJD3 crimping jaws, can be used with all industry “W” style crimping dies & Greenlee KD6 series dies. When equipped with optional CJK crimping jaws, can be used with Thomas & Betts “6-ton” crimping dies.Equipped With CJ22 Crimping Jaws That Accept Greenlee KC22 And KA22 Series Crimping Dies.
