Gator® Battery Powered 6 Ton Quad Flip Top Crimper. Equipped with Bluetooth™ Communication enabled via the Greenlee Gator Eye app. Features LED display screen communicating pressure and battery levels as well as tool diagnostics with real-time tool feedback. Intelligent Crimping System Technology includes a pressure sensor that monitors the crimping force of each crimp and provides the operator a visual and audible alert if the force is below specifications. State of the art 18V lithium ion (Li-ion) battery provides 70 percent more cycles per charge and faster cycle times. Automatic Retraction Stop (ARS) which retracts the ram just enough to get ready for the next cycle saving time and energy. LED light provides the operator with the battery charge and tool maintenance status. Two-stage hydraulic system provides fast advance and power speeds, saving time. Forward handle position improves tool balance. One trigger controls all tool functions. Crimping head rotates 350°. Tools automatically retract when the crimping cycle is complete. Overmolded tacky grip areas make gripping the tool easier and more comfortable. LED work light illuminates dark work areas. Greenlee battery-powered crimping tools now use bio-degradable oil. K425 tools are equipped with D, die groove and either "BG" or "O" die groove. The D die groove serves as a die seat for all Greenlee KD6 and industry "W" type dies. Bent fiberglass handles provide a solid grip, good leverage and better durability than wood. Low friction-impregnated bushings at pivot joints provide smooth operation and long life. Complete crimps are assured with an over-center cam mechanism. Tool can easily be checked visually for proper adjustment and can be adjusted with Allen wrenches.

Gator® 6 Ton Indent Crimper EK6IDLX Bare Tool. Equipped with Bluetooth™ Communication enabled via the Greenlee Gator Eye app. Features LED display screen communicating pressure and battery levels as well as tool diagnostics with real-time tool feedback. Dual stage telescopic cylinder. The EK6IDL consists of two individual pistons (large exterior and a small interior one). The interior small piston transmits a force of 30kN and features two functions. First it fixes cable lugs and connectors to the correct position prior to crimping operations. Secondly it crimps smaller cross sections up to 1/0 AWG. The large exterior piston transmits a force of 60kN and crimps all larger cross sections. Managed by Intelli-Crimp, the variable 30kN / 60kN cylinder safeguards that the optimal crimp performance is always being achieved regardless of the cross section. Extremely large crimp range is ensured, copper material 8AWG-500MCM and aluminum material 1/0AWG-350MCM. Compact design, low weight and heavy duty performance. The EK6ID offers all well known advantages of the Greenlee Gator line of products. Pressure sensor for the electronic control of crimping operation.
