Protect the connections on your bus bars from the damaging effects of electrical surges with 3M™ Bus Bar Heat Shrink Tubing BBI-7A. It offers a 110 kV level of basic insulation on the inline bolted connections of round, square and rectangular bus bars. This versatile heat shrink tubing contracts to create a neat, attractive covering of insulation, and it's color-coded to make wire identification a cinch. With an I.D. of 6.78, this tubing is suitable for use on metal-clad and substation switchgear. It performs within a wide range of temperatures from -67 to 230 degrees F (-55 to 110 degrees C), and it is ASTM, IEC, ANSI, IEEE Approved and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
- Suitable for copper or aluminum bus bars, metal-enclosed bus bars, metal-clad switchgear and substation switchgear
- Made of red cross-linked polyolefin
- Withstands temperatures of -67 to 230 degrees F (-55 to 110 degrees C)
